The best project that an individual can invest in!
The best and preserved investments that an individual can make are two things: an investment in his head (science, language, ...), or an investment in his body (mastering a skill, or making his body pledge to build). In this way, no matter how bad the circumstances that will go through, it will not happen and a face will stick to the dirt without being able to raise it again, because he carries most of his capital with him all the time. Each time he will be able to start over.
The other point is that he will have an independence that is difficult to obtain by any other means, because he will be freed from the feeling that his life is in the hands of one person or place.
Like any project, implementation takes place in several stages. For each primary stage that I have finished or are working on, I prepare a separate folder in which to place all of her belongings. You can think of these subfolders as staging goals documentation. Of course, I give names to each stage, and if it is completed, I put next to the name the time that it took. Since these stages represent my life personally, I do not call them generic descriptive names (for example, "undergraduate"), but use metaphors that reflect my personal impressions and goals for each stage, so most of the time the exact meaning of the name will be understood only by me.
When selecting starting points for the stages, I look for "turning points". The points after which my life is supposed to be different from what it was before. Of course, turning points are completely personal and are not subject to general rules. Completion of high school is a turning point, just as winning a Nobel Prize is a turning point. You decide.
If you find that it is difficult for you to divide your life into stages, or that the number of stages is too small for your age, then this usually means that your life has been consistent with one pattern for a long time, and that you need to seriously think about the change. If you find it difficult to name the stages, then you do not have goals, so you should start thinking about one.
The benefit of this approach is that at any time you will be asked, "Why am I doing what I am doing now?" You will find the answer. The answer is the stage name. Also, this way you will be able to tell if what you are doing now will get you where you want it, or if you have gone astray.
Most importantly, in times of depression and lack of desire, you can take a look at your "project" to see what you've done. You won't give in to a fleeting feeling and waste all that you have achieved so far, will you? You're not going to give up and quit your project after you've come
